Virtual Events & Digital Operations Intern

Stilistics Sportainment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Events & Digital Operations Intern to support the planning, coordination and delivery of its international online events, webinars and digital initiatives.
The successful candidate will initially support our Africa–Brazil Women's Football Conversations: Road to 2027 programme, which brings together stakeholders to discuss women's football development, leadership, investment and lasting impact.
Key responsibilities
- Support webinar planning, event schedules and production checklists.
- Coordinate speaker invitations, confirmations, biographies and briefing materials.
- Assist with Zoom setup, registration, rehearsal and event-day operations.
- Prepare participant communications, reminders and follow-up messages.
- Maintain speaker trackers, registration records and event documentation.
- Support post-event recordings, feedback collection and reporting.
- Assist with other relevant digital operations activities.
Ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Reliability, initiative and willingness to learn independently.
- Confidence using online collaboration tools.
- An interest in sports, international events and digital communications.
- Availability to support scheduled webinars and occasional technical rehearsals.
Prior experience with Zoom webinars, online event production or digital project coordination would be an advantage.
Engagement
This is a remote, part-time, project-based opportunity. Scope, expected hours, duration and compensation arrangements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates before engagement.
